Semi-Refined Kappa Carrageenan (SRC Kappa)
Kappa SRC delivers strong, brittle gels with high water-binding capacity—ideal for meat processing, dairy, and structured gel systems. It provides consistent texture, excellent sliceability, and reliable performance in industrial formulations.
Semi-Refined Iota Carrageenan (SRC Iota)
Iota SRC forms soft, elastic gels with smooth mouthfeel and great freeze–thaw stability. It is well-suited for dairy desserts, pet food, and applications requiring flexibility and uniform texture.
Kappa ATC (Alkali-Treated Cottonii)

Iota ATS (Alkali-Treated Spinosum)
